The Disk Snapshot Service (USnap), based on Genesis Cloud DataArk’s Continuous Data Protection (CDP) technology, provides snapshot creation capabilities for the full series of cloud disk data disks (Standard/SSD/RSSD). Snapshots serve as a convenient and efficient data disaster recovery solution, commonly used for data backup, custom image creation, application disaster recovery, etc.

When you enable the USnap for a disk, it will not only receive 3 manual snapshot quotas but also gain the functionality of automatic continuous data backup for recent days provided by UDataArk. Depending on the subscribed package, users can obtain second-level, hour-level, and day-level backups within different timeframes. For package details, visit Value-added Services . If you previously activated the UDataArk service, enabling the USnap will refund the UDataArk fees and create a new USnap order.
