# 5. Upgrade and Downgrade DDoS Protection Service

### 1. Upgrade

You are allowed to upgrade from a lower protection peak package to a higher one, for example, upgrading from a protection peak of 20Gbps to 30Gbps.

### 2. Downgrade

**Not allowed** to downgrade. That is, you are not allowed to downgrade from a protection peak of 30Gbps to 20Gbps.

### 3. Refunds

After successful purchase, refunds are **not allowed**.

### 4. Renewal

Renewal is not supported after the resource expires, you need to purchase it again.

The auto-renewal switch is on by default and can be manually configured to turn off auto-renewal.
