Resource Expiration Reminder
When your resources are about to expire, we will provide an expiration reminder service. The default reminder methods are email + SMS.

Currently, message and email are supported, with the main account being the default notification object, at least one and up to five.

Reminder Rules
- The resource expiration reminder service is only provided for resources set to monthly or annual payment.
- The system will send a recycling warning notification before the resource expires; a service suspension warning before service is stopped; a service suspension notification after service is stopped; a recycling warning before recycling; and a recycling notification after recycling.
- The recycling time varies for different products. Please refer to the documentation of each product for the specific notification sending time.

Reminder before resource expiration
Dear Genesis Cloud user, some resources under your XXX project will expire in 3 or 7 days (see details in the email). The total renewal amount for the expiring resources is approximately 189.00 yuan. Your current account balance is 76.89 yuan. For resources with sufficient balance and automatic renewal enabled, we will automatically renew them when they are about to expire. Please ensure sufficient balance by then. Thank you!
Reminder after resource expiration
Dear Genesis Cloud user, some resources under your XXX project have expired and will be recycled soon (see details in the email). The total renewal amount for the expired resources is approximately 0.06 yuan. Your current account balance is 0.02 yuan. Please recharge in time and enable automatic renewal to ensure normal renewal of resources. Thank you!
What to Do If I Do Not Receive The Reminder
- Not receiving SMS
First, check if there are intercepted SMS in the block list of your mobile phone. If not found, you can contact technical support.
- Not receiving Emails
Please first check whether there are any blocked emails in the spam folder of your email. If you cannot find them, check whether your email proxy server has set @genesissai.com as a blacklist; or contact technical support.
