Invoice Content

The invoice content is the information required to be included on the invoice, which describes the product or service content purchased for the invoiced amount. The relationship between the invoice content and the purchased product is as follows:

• Software service fees: It covers all product services provided by the Genesis Cloud official website. (Default system option)
• Hardware equipment: servers, switches, accessories, and other hardware physical equipment. (Contract upload required)
• Others: For special invoicing needs, please contact your Genesis Cloud account manager to notify the Finance Center.

Invoice Tax Rate

The invoice tax rate is information that must be specified on the invoice. Only customers who have purchased hardware equipment from Genesis Cloud are eligible to apply for an invoice with a 13% tax rate, and they must upload the contract.
