Delegation of Third-Party Payment Proof

The effective date of the “Notification of Adjustment to UCLOUD Technology Co., Ltd.’s Public Transfer Recharge Collection Rules” is May 1, 2024.

The public transfer recharge requires the payer’s identity to match the real-name authentication. If a bank transfer is made via a non-real-name authenticated account, a proxy payment agreement must be provided in advance, and the recharge will be manually performed by the finance side; otherwise, it cannot be recharged to the customer’s Genesis Cloud account.

The following accounts do not qualify as the company’s public bank accounts:

• Employee’s personal bank account
• Employee’s Alipay account
• Employee’s WeChat account
• Company’s Alipay account
• Company’s WeChat account
