How to Complete Enterprise Real-Name Authentication

I. Go to the Real-Name Authentication page and click “Authenticate Now” for enterprises

II. Select an Authentication Method

Genesis Cloud provides three authentication methods to complete enterprise authentication flexibly and conveniently.

Note:

Please complete the real-name authentication within 10 days after starting the process; otherwise, this authentication will become invalid.

1. Genesis Cloud Recharge Authentication

Authentication process:

After submitting the authentication information, please wait patiently for the review of the business license information. The review is generally completed within 2 business days.

Notes:

During the authentication, the account used for fund transfer must be a corporate bank account (for public transfer). The verification fund transferred will be automatically recharged to the account balance.
A certain handling fee may apply to the fund transfer, subject to the charging standards of each bank.
The validity period of a single fund transfer authentication process is 7 calendar days; if exceeded, re-authentication is required.

2. Legal Representative Face Recognition Authentication

Authentication Process:

After submitting the authentication information, please wait patiently for the review of the business license information. The review is generally completed within 2 business days.

3. Public Fund Transfer Authentication

Authentication Process:

Fill in the enterprise information and submit the authentication information, then wait patiently for the information review. The review is generally completed within 2 business days.

If the account email is the enterprise’s registered email, the enterprise authentication will be approved immediately without fund transfer verification. If the above condition is not met, after the enterprise information is approved, fill in the fund transfer information of the enterprise’s public bank account for authentication.

Note:

Please fill in the receiving information corresponding to the current enterprise entity. Ensure that the account name of your Alipay/bank card is consistent with the current enterprise, and that the account can normally receive funds and view receiving information.

After submission, we will transfer funds to the account you provided. Once you receive the funds, you need to fill in the received amount and digital verification code.

Notes:

Please enter the correct transferred amount. If the number of incorrect verification attempts reaches the limit (more than 3 times), to ensure account security, you need to upload the receipt of this fund transfer verification for manual review.
If the number of enterprise authentications exceeds the limit, authentication cannot be completed.

III. Document Requirements

The authentication information you submit ensures that you can complete invoice application and withdrawal in a compliant and secure manner:

To ensure compliance in invoice application, when applying for an invoice, please use the enterprise name on the business license you submitted during authentication as the invoice title.
To ensure your company’s financial security, when you apply for a withdrawal, we will only transfer funds to the bank account you provided during authentication.

IV. Complete Authentication

The authentication is completed once the review is passed.
